Our story

6 Years of a Remarkable Heritage

Gayathri Sampath, A Software Engineer by Profession, worked as a Senior Software Engineer in an MNC. Never thought there’ll be twists & turns in her life after motherhood. Nithilya, her daughter born with Quadriplegic Cerebral palsy who is totally dependent on her for Daily needs. She resigned from her job & started routine therapy for her daughter. As Years pass on, she realized that this is incurable & she needs lifestyle modification throughout her life. In June 2016, she established a high-quality rehabilitation center named NISSARC (Nithilyam Special school & Adelaide rehabilitation center) with proper professionals to educate the Special children who are Socially excluded. She is passionate to work for these lovable children. Decided to give the best education to them as normal children have.

LAUNCH

Started an NGO in 2016 called Nithilyam Spastic children’s welfare trust for the welfare of Special needs children. On the front line, I worked with most Vulnerable children who self hurts, immobile, non-verbal so on to an individual liable person.

TEAM

NISSARC team had mainstreamed around 50 children & we were able to train around 100 Children, get rid of their Disability, with continuous adaptations, proper education & training.

ACHIEVEMENT

So many children had participated in international Art competitions, state level tournaments & won Special Awards. Few children appeared in board exams as well.

NOW

Our upcoming project is setting up a World Class Residential school for Special needs children at Chokkampalayam, Annur.
